They severely underpay you while at the same time they push you to do more each day. Back-breaking work for bellow industry standard pay. What's not to love about that? Add to that entitled managers and customers who make their days better by making your day miserable, and you have a sure winner!

I dunno about back- breaking. It's retail, and we sell comforters, plates, gadgets, and fans... This is tedious, menial and unskilled labor for the most part, and there's nothing hard about it to be honest. It's definitely repetitive and boring for sure, but let's not make it sound like difficult work.
Seek new employment if you're not happy. And if you think that working at BBBY is hard work, I don't know what to tell you.
