It's time for Change Healthcare workers to enter into collective bargaining under the Communication Workers of America (CWA). We may be white collar but we work around the clock to produce and our great reward is to be treated like disposable people by well payed management who rarely suffers the brunt of layoffs. We serve at the whim of the gilded ones but we deserve more control over our destinies in this organization.

Unions do work, maybe not all of them. I was in a union that did work and provided great support and I had awsome benefits. The statement "unionizing is never the answer" is not true.
