belk is starting it’s “now hiring” propaganda saying competitive wages, flex schedules, and great employee discounts. this just weeks after they cut hours and just a week after announcing the closure of the South Carolina Distribution Center. they are doing this so employees don’t jump ship quickly, they want to brainwash employees into thinking that quality workers are actually wanting to work at belk. It’s all a smoke and mirrors show Belk and Sycamore are puting a show on. Don’t fall for this, Belk is on the brink of liquidation.
