Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

FIX THE COMPUTERS

Since corporate reads this forum could we please all let them know just how bad it is trying to open mysoure, the apps, and the BBB page. We look d-mb trying to open the computer for 5 minutes to try and place an order or verify an order to do a return. Can't clock in on time bc it never opens. I thought every minute counts but yet I feel like I spend a good chunk of my day trying to open the computer programs up. Connecting to freaking dial up internet was quicker.

I’m from corporate and I read this forum, but my laptop works just fine for the two to three hours I work from home each day.

i laughed when we updated our cash registers a few years back, and they bragged about how "they're touchscreen!!", as if every other store hadn't had touch screen registers for the last decade, lol

No surprise to see technology here is the same as it was in the early 2000's. Difference is it was outdated back then and now it is downright laughable. I'm sure the overseas support is great though!

I lost several beyond’s over this issue. Cumstomers get tired of waiting and in the mean time check Amazon and can get it for the same price if not cheaper and faster.
