Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

An exception or a rule?

I think it would be a lot easier for everyone in our store to have a manager who actually knows what is going on in our store. Instead, our manager is not at all interested in knowing what is happening here. No one knows how he got to that position in the first place. How many more totally disconnected managers are there at bbby? I hope not many.

The business plan checklist is great! Whenever our customers can’t find what they are looking for, we show them the checklist and they leave happy since they realize they don’t have to work for a dying company.

I believe the real problem is that everyone is a whiney whumpty food wallymonker, who incorrectly thinks they know everything.

It is the dms and above who have no clue.. the new business plan worksheet for whenever a mallrat manager cheer leader comes in to walk is a joke.let them all walk in and explain to the customer why we no longer carry everything they came here for. own what you can control.. but don't expect a real leader to focus on real tangible facts. leaders search for answers to problems not ignore them.. at least that is how real business leaders lead. NOT HERE! CD should have been running this company!!!
