A lot of people say he cares about front line workers, but what is he really even doing to help them?

He's the best leader at the company, how can you not see that?
I take exception to the "a lot of people say [Brandt] cares about front line workers."
There's someone who regularly posts about "how caring he is" and then every reply is basically ... "well, no he doesn't."
Good luck with the union, that's a sure for way to get the India project accelerated and your unemployment guaranteed
Seems like he could start by getting more in line with industry standards. I.e lessen production targets, simplify our claims standard practices, improve our trash equipment/software, better training since we now onboard less talented people, allow more support for claims staff and agents which would concurrently help customers.
Common theme amongst these things is that they cost money which is precisely why they will never happen. When we get that mega or even a busy storm season the short comings may get some attention.
Here here brother. We’ve needed a Union for decades. Too bad the naysayers don’t want one. Police, teachers, nurses, pilots, they have one what’s wrong with us?
Honey none of those higher ups care about us front line workers. That's why we need to get a union
You still have a job, it hasn't been shipped to India yet...
What do you expect him to do?
