Allstate is being ran the same way America has been ran for hundreds of years. By exploiting cheap labor to maximize gains. And just like the other times, the 1% laughs at us all while you blame the brown people for stealing your job.
And just like this country, Allstate will need care more about its ppl before it implodes.
Hopefully I will be put of both before that happens.

no, Capitalism was not the problem before.
@thb+1fL3tyCE band e here. Got 150% of our bonus this year plus 5% raise. Between the two, more than makes up for the inflation this year.
