Whoa we just had someone who was a manager for over 15 years just put their notice! Is this a sign that all tenures had enough?

ONE manager put in notice and you think it’s a sign that thousands of others have had enough??? Maybe he was ready to retire or got a better job offer. What a silly comment.
They don't want customer-oriented sales people in the stores now--they want mindless employees that will simply execute programs.
I am leaving after 15+ years. Yes the stress level is high, but I am simply leaving for a better opportunity for me and my family. It’s simple folks, if you don’t like your job, go find another one. Unemployment is sky high, there are jobs, go get one and see if the sun is shinier on the other side.
Just stop caring that's all you got to do don't matter if there's one customer or 50 I just have to wait till they get aggravated enough and leave no one wants to wait 3 hours anymore
I worked with Lowe’s for 10 years and last May I got job using my degree. It was a pay cut at first, but my stress level has went way down and I have weekends and holidays off. Job’s are out there, start looking and get out.
Been around for a long time. Seen the best of times (before Marv) to the worst of times (Marv in charge). Seen soooo many people leave its unreal, and so many people get screwed. This doofus has really destroyed this company. Funny how one ja----s and his band of toilet skid marks can bring down an entire company that was once a great place to work. God speed fellow employees.
Been with the company for 11 years. They're flagging my time for every. little. thing. I literally cannot clock in early for the day, early in from lunch, and I cannot leave after my scheduled time. I got written up for excessive early-ins last week. My first and only write-up in the 11 years that I've been with the company. Now they're talking about having to keep the full-timers UNDER 39 hours in my market? Lol! Needless to say, I'm looking for another job right now.
About 300% turnover in the store management team since I got the job at my current Lowe's a little over 9 years ago. Only 1 ASM left from 2 years ago.
Have to have ice water in your veins now to be successful as a manager for this company.
Any one who has worked at Lowe's for the past 10 years or longer has had enough. I had enough back in May 2021 after 9 years. Happy now to have every weekend off.
Any manager that is left, has no heart or soul
They are drones to implement the ramblings of Small Hands and Marvelous and the three ring circus they are running .
