I can imagine that any money that Citi loses on this, will be paid for by the employees. The ole song and dance of “no one gets a raise” “everyone gets the same thing so here’s your 100 bucks”. Just another excuse in a long line of excuses that they round robin in order to not compensate for extra long hours.
