For me, PepsiCo is the place where I get paid for putting in an average effort. That's it. It's not my family, it's not my owner, and it's not the type of employer that deserves my full attention. I'm here until I can find something better. Everybody should know by now that this is not the place to grow your career. So give it what it deserves while you look for something else. You'll feel so much better.

Yup...saw people work themselves to death while others did little, if anything. I always tried to put my best effort forward as I was always afraid of being terminated. In my last few years, after learning what I know now, I completely threw in the towel and said the heck with bleeding blue anymore for the h-ll h-le.
hmmm...I can do the bare minimum and not give HOOT and get a worthless .05% raise, or I can knock myself out and be a Superstar and get a worthless 1% raise, or I can be part of a clique and get a worthless 2% raise. Bottom line, there is ZERO incentive to anything but the bare minimum at Pepsico.
@blf+1fJtuHI7 I used to work like mad, tons of overtime to ensure (unreasonable) project due dates were met. Still got outsourced. Shove your programmed company bot attitude into a dark warm place.
With an attitude and work ethic like that I cannot understand why your career hasn't grown? You are obviously a shining example of a beacon that people will follow as you lead by example!!
