One of the biggest challenges Allstate faces nowadays is how to find employees who are cheap, work efficiently with quality and are ready to invest themselves in this company. That is a fact. Any thoughts on what are the other big challenges?

Employees are not willing to invest themselves in the company because we know we will not be treated well in return. Employees are treated like Kleenex. Soon the people in Pune will realize this too, if they have not already. It’s not just Allstate, as this is the result of business school bean counters prioritizing profit for shareholders over employee well being.

They've found those employees in Pune... Just gotta get em trained and they'll be as happy as pigs in sh-t to get rid of the expensive local talent
They’re going backwards in the way they treat their employees. We’ve been wfh for two years. Now they want to track our work? And our time? And set our hours like we are in grammar school? Yeah okay. See ya.
Poor communication
Poor leadership
Poor collaboration between related departments
Ever-changing technology
Ever-changing processes
Ever-changing goals
Employee turnover
Lack of trust between leaders and employees
No accountability for poor performing employees
Is that enough?
