I left about 4 years ago and I'm making $17.25 at my local Kroger & awesome heath ins. I'm much happier.
I want to leave. A burger flipper makes the same as seasoned staff here. I feel a bit of loyalty to those co-workers who will have much more stuff to deal with if I left.
It’s slowly been dropping for the past few months but so has the number of veteran employees throughout the entire company. Pay is still awful for 90% of positions and I’m sure the regulars who concerned complaints were smart enough to get out. I took a job offer for $2 raise last week and I’m leaving march 30th :).
