If we have to close our offices in Eastern Europe (not just Russia, who knows how things with Serbia will play out in the long run) maybe the management will realize that it's not as profitable as they thought to outsource so much work. I might be too optimistic, but I like to see the glass as half full.

In that case They will find another cheap country that is outside of eastern Europe.
