Have noticed with some of the job postings that HR is promoting 9/80 and WFH on Mondays/Fridays. Is it here to stay for good?

9-80 is just for the HR & safety departments. I mean the managers in those departments. So screwed up. Tired of all the lies from the top. How dishonest do you have to be before someone calls ya out on it?
The health insurance hasn’t changed in a few years so not sure what you’re referring to?
I am not falling into the ESPP trap again, same clown is in charge. Why do they even let him talk at those meetings?
Our health insurance staying steady and even getting a bit better is kinda like a bigger raise, just doesn't feel the same as one though
I picked up on that too, he said something about how inflation averaged less than 2% over the past few yrs but didn't mention where not everyone got a raise each of those years and then this year's raise didn't match inflation either. Maybe the ESPP is supposed to help?
I found it laughable that the small raise we got this year made up for all the years with none and then to say pay shouldn’t go up just because of inflation? Didn’t last year they say they were looking at a cost of living raise?
I can’t remember because the story changes so much.
Same. So much negative here, that’s about the only bright spot.
WFH and 9/80 is the only reason I hang on. Salary has now become less than average in the industry and it seems clear that Denbury has no plans to change that. Employee moral comes last and no room for growth.
What’s HR’s solution for $10/gal?
I noticed the same thing. I’d imagine they would not be broadcasting that info if they plan to change it in the near term. If it weren’t for 9-80 I’d already be gone.
