“SCO” and “leadership” do not belong in the same sentence.
That's because Allstate pays less and has a much heavier workload than other staff counsel, so people are leaving for either more pay for the same work or more pay for less work. And the SCO leadership (specifically Ricky/Rhonda) haven't done a god damn thing about it.
