Ricoh Women of Influence?

When a company’s Leadership Team is all male, probably not a good place to plant the female empowerment flag?

When the 6 of the 8 positions on Leadership Team were recently appointed to men in the last 11-36 months the marketing strategy is just plain baffling, disappointing, desperate.

NO suitable female internal candidates for these positions? If Ricoh is the Mecca for fostering female advancement this shouldn’t have been an issue. If this is a real initiative that Ricoh seriously wanted to pursue vs lip service they could have at least hired ONE female candidate even externally? Pretty thick glass ceiling! Good luck with the employee engagement initiative! Ricoh will shine up some examples to point to and rationalize but this ultimately defines the mission objective: Imagined vs actual change. What other messaging at ricoh is questionable?

Xerox 2 female CEOs … Ricoh? If there is no REAL female representation at the leadership level it’s just more PR turdpolish.

If you really need to, maybe go with “Triathlete, Age Group __ Participant” Some companies really value their brand.
