What is going on in Arbroath plant. I heard there is a lot of promotions and reshuffles. What is going on there. Can anybody clarify.

just remember that even though you dont get told it you are all really really, appreciated and are the most valuable thing at arbroath. now get that floor cleaned, straighten up that pallet, and tick every box you are presented with . Halliburton Arbroath is not the holy grail. It is a bad place to work. The workforce is depressed and disgruntled. That's only if you haven't got a DNA link with anyone in the office or senior management.
All good here same old guys getting the overtime. Sick absence through the roof. Scrap figures being hidden from view. Health and safety being ignored. But hey guys the floors are clean.
I see now why they score so low on the pulse survey.it is totally understandable. It all boils down to genetics. The don wants every on in his image. What a plonker. Just follow the gobble acording to the broon and you will go places.

Now a kindergarten of young Inexperienced people running the show. Telling/asking 40 year service workforce what to do. Straight out McDonald's into management positions. Moral at all time low and place needs revamped from the top.
The (Don) brown corneoli has initiated his future son in law into the firm. The fresh faced lad in charge of inspection. Another new pgl has persuaded his uncle also a pgl of maintenance to pull a few strings now he's in the corneoli family. 3rd move the soft lad moved to automation thrown to the wolves in there. Good luck to him. He will need it
