Neither. I interview candidates regularly and never pay attention to certifications. Too many times, certificate holders actually don't understand the concepts they just managed to blindly memorize. Every time I dig a bit, they come crumbling down. Too many certs teach you how to configure stuff, not how or why stuff works. State your actual expertise on your resume, ready to answer advanced questions as they come.
