This is so unfair. I got no raise and now I have to commute an hour each way at huge gas cost in horrible traffic and pay $12 lunch. Terrible.

Well I guess we should go back to dotard's days of negative oil prices to make everyone happy? That will do Chevron a lot of good.

High gas prices? All the more reason to WFH!

These gas prices are complete bulschitt. They should be better controlled. I just paid $75 to fill up!!! Thanks Brandon.

I'd honestly recommend that people carpool in if possible. It's a major stress reliever and good way to spread the cost of commuting around.

With gas prices the way they are it's becoming an intolerable exercise...what happened to going digital and lower carbon

what I've seen the times I were in the office is that half the time, people were just socializing and chit chatting. Maybe Artificial Intelligence can record / transcribe those conversations, analyze, and extract some value out for the company, but I sure couldn't

Maybe one of those in a "mickey mouse support role" will forget to process someones payroll transfer. Maybe they'll then have a bit more appreciation for others work (I know....not likely).

Work from the office is worthless. Its actually much less productive than working from home in my experience. You have the long commute that tires you out from the start, then you get your work station setup and its just to do teams calls with minimal collaboration. Its a waste and is only going to increase attrition.

Just one complainer but honestly there are other options for those that want to work fully remote. Some of us actually work better with some engagement, like the hybrid model

How are the whiney babies who for some strange reason can't imagine actually showing up for work doing?

We had some mandatory meetings the first two weeks (basically, re-adjusting to the office), so our numbers were more like 50%.

You are posting this type of thing on the layoff's boards? What interest is that to the people who come to this site? Seriously.

RTO. What a productivity ki---r for those that crank. And I mean run assets. Not some mickey mouse support role.
