Always heard TOD was nothing but a money printer. Of course they sold it. Appleton is next probably, they did try it just before covid after all.

Given the key people are as, expect crs to be dismantled, sold, etc. sad part is the stable cashflow/profit is from crs while as is cyclical. Whatever happens will be uninspiring and value destructive.

Stupid - TOD was nothing but profit...of course they saddled TOD with less than stelar performing sub-divisions. Why not sell off the poor performers and keep the cream? How many companies produce what the main TOD divison made? How many products require what TOD manufactured? Thousands maybe?
Frankly I wish they would sell off AS. We might be able to perform much better under different managment. Dead set against it when the venture vultures felt that Comm Res and AS should split, but now......
Of course we are all strangled by the corporate vampires in Ferguson and not one of those will lose their jobs. They product nothing, Yes nothing, but place un-necessary policies and hinderances upon the those that actually produce the products that we sell. Hmm...sounds very familar...
