Alchohol and tobacco are legal. Weed and he---n etc are not. I get random tested now. What's the big deal? It probably keeps dr-gs out of a lot of families and that's probably a good thing.

Seems discriminatory to test only manufacturing. What people do on their own time is none of anybody’s business. The office people go to events and slam down bottles of booze but they are going to penalize the worker who smokes a jo--t? There are companies that no longer test for THC. Get with the program GE or you are going to lose a lot of really good talent.
