This company has totally drained my energy. It's getting harder and harder for me to get everything done. I am completely demoralized by the fact that while I am overwhelmed with work, some colleagues hardly do anything.
The distribution of work was never absolutely fair, but now it is becoming quite obvious that some are in a "privileged position" here?

Try working where harassment gets rewarded and the victim just leaves. Great job! Take your sh-t elsewhere until you have something real to complain about.
Do something instead of just fu----g whining about it where nobody gives a sh-t.
