Knowing you don’t need the latest skill set to advance does make older workers feel better. I mean having to learn new things all the time isn’t good in quality of life. At GA management allows you to work at your own pace and allows older workers skills sets to be valued instead of being pushed out! I would agree that GA valuing older workers and their skill sets is a good thing
That my boss is an id--t and keeps getting promoted! Knowing how d-mb she is and how she failed every time she left GA just to come back makes me realize there is hope for me…. I may not be the best worker but seeing her fail and keep advancing makes me realize I can also move up
