I know it’s what they want, and why they’re implementing this workflow system. But it’s bu11$h!t. Micromanaging, helicoptering, whatever you want to call it just sux. Pleas lay me off.

18-24 months of the same griping from the same group of grunts. When are you going to get it…your disapprovals on everything Allstate has and will continue to fall on deaf ears because your solutions are not aligned to the strategy that the actually people in charge have made. When you tell the street publicly you are going to continue to raise rates to keep making profit, translation not grow, and nobody blinks an eye…that should tell you all you need to know what their opinion is of your dissatisfaction.
The 1st time I read the the Needful, I thought it was a typo.
Answer: Micromanagement is a complete waste of everybody's time. It sucks the life out of employees, fosters anxiety and creates a high-stress work environment. Select the right people and give them room to get on with the job.

Always more claims and the phones ringing off the hook. But Billy Patel from Pune can jump in my files and mess them up with no consequences.
Always reactive supervision no one seems to care or know how to be proactive about the day to day chaos. Have they given up? Is the end near? Is there any rational thought process anymore? Tanking this company while trying to manufacture results for the spreadsheet. We all would have been terminated with such pathetic job results.
The Phone rings off the hook so there’s no time to do my own work. My coworkers are on short term disability for stress so I get transferred their work . Nobody has answers.
Agreed, claims has become an absolute pit of misery. It’s not that I even dislike my actual job, but this company has turned my day into an unbearable nightmare. I’ve been here years yet everything I do is somehow never right, never the right decision, etc. loaded up with work or everything slows and then I’m blamed for not finding more work. Blamed for everything, even if I follow their processes to the letter. Every week is a bad week. I can’t take it anymore
