I doubt this could ever happen, but wouldn't it be neat if like say 30,000 RayTech employees organized over social media, found each other follow-on jobs, and then you all quit on the same day?
Imagine programs losing half their staff in one day. Not realistic, but hilarious to think about.

Has anyone experienced being a Raytech (temp) and laid off? If so, is the company obliged to notify us in advance? Any info will help.
The sad reaction is that Executives won't be saying, what can we do to retain people. Their first reaction is going to be "What can we do to maintain contract deliveries"?
It’s literally what the company deserves, they would change their practices faster than you could say Raytheon if this would happen, but a lot of people these days are spineless, selfish sheep that think because the man said we have too, well, we have too and there is no other way. Companies have rights but so do workers and from my experience at Raytheon they like the employees that just comply and don’t stand up for their rights. Don’t get me wrong there are some really good people that work there, but that doesn’t mean they’re not spineless or just compliant sheep.
