I am trying to summarize the changes that have taken place since I first came here and especially the changes over the last few years. Why can’t I think of almost any change for the better, but I can list a lot of things that have gotten worse? Where is this company going?

To the post below, I would be surprised if you even worked for our company. in my BU, coming forward with some of the information posted here would be a career limiting move. I would be looked as insubordinate and on the layoff short list for crossing the powers above me. HR is complicit and it's how the workers are kept in line. That's the type of company we are dealing with here.
You sound like the guy who was ranting against WFH last year and whose argument was "What if they go out and mow their lawn in the middle of the day!" Hahah
Interesting to see that this keeps happening because no one will stand up for all that is happening . It is easier to rant on a website rather than stand up for all the wrong . Employees are equal to be blamed and not just the managers

I believe there are a good many people who read this site (look at the view counts) and work for Pembina. Even though they likely did not witness any of the interactions posted here firsthand, they know deep down it is likely all true. Where there is smoke there is fire. Someone was posting on here last spring/summer trying to change the narrative saying that it was such a wonderful place work and was laughed at. There was also another kool-aid drinker who didn't refute anything that was said but instead got aggressive and called people names. Also laughed at.
Keep the posts and upvotes/downvotes coming, y'all.
Wow, this one really hit a nerve with the down voters. RIGHT ON! KEEP IT UP!! What they fail to realize is the more the posts are down voted, the more it shows what those of us who are commenting on this site are saying is true. Can’t see any of them making any comments to the contrary….that would take courage and that’s not something they have. Courage is not something a b-m smooching brown noser has. Spineless and gutless are much more their most predominant traits.
