Well considering we weren’t allowed to acquire anyone in Consulting/GBS for so many years while all our competitors did and still do, says we’re just now admitting that acquisitions have to be part of successful strategy. We’re playing catch up.

It is only IBM buying revenue today or for the short term, and IBM destroying another company. Things will never change, the IBM strategy to keep the Execs in power and filthy rich is well and alive. It is another nail in the coffin...
I really like this acquisition. Good company, niche skills, joining a fast growing consulting market in Comms Sector. (Sorry if we’re not allowed to be positive on this site!).
