you all better be petitioning your state government to pass laws on foreign claim handling, its something illinois would do, and at a minimum would make them have to move headquarters, best case is they stop replacing you with $5k/year indians.
They overwork and underpay on soil EXPENSIVE workers, replacing us with lower paid Pune workers who l also receive no additional benefits.
Remember, it’s not about the customers or employees, it’s about the shareholder. Tom has not denied the shareholder is his #1 priority.
I honestly do not care. I hope the Indians realize how much they are worth and demand more money. They work them like crazy!
