Been with the company for four years and I have never had an evaluation/review. But I have gotten raises. No one that I know of in my store has ever gotten a review.

They will rate most of the folks who have been around a while very poorly so they can get rid of them with BS coachings. Its the Walmaart way

yes, they are both the same. The term ROLE MODEL is no longer used and has been replaced with EXEMPLARY.

Only 10% of dms were even allowed to get "above standards". I imagine walmart will only allow 1 or 2 TLs to get exemplary, even if more are qualified.

All I know is this stuff is nonsense to hold most workers down. You are looking at massive inflation in 2021 and probably 2022, these scraps of raises are ways for you to beg for nibbles from your manager overlords table.

Walmart uses terms to make them sound acceptable and nice, but it is corporate slavery.

We are all running on the same Dam hamster wheel ...

Good luck

Didn't know role model was still a thing.. I thought Exemplary was top of totem with highest raise - 4%? When do these management reviews happen?
