Are fulfillment team in our store are not getting our truck deliveries ready to be out on time. The flatbed or the boxcar. Our pickup orders are not really getting done either they're saying it's our responsibility on the floor to do. But they were told it was their responsibility to pull the flatbed box cart and the pickup later. So we are getting so many pi---d off customers because stuff are not ready.

In our store they were told last year that they have to pull the flatbed box truck pick up laters installs in Internet orders. Our management is constantly reminding our fulfillment teen that it is their job to do all this.
The one task team is supposed to pull both flatbed and box truck. That is a company directive. You shouldn’t have to touch it if you work internet fulfillment.
This was constantly a blame game in our store when I worked for Lowes several years ago—that is, who is responsible for pulling orders for delivery. In our case, it depended on who the managers on duty were on that given day. One day it was the delivery team then it might be the departments. I see nothing has really changed.
