All questions were plants arranged ahead of time. They followed the order and talking points of the information sent to supervisors ahead of the meeting. Totally scripted smoke and mirrors.
Guess everyone better run from oil and gas to ccs business units.
Would suck to be stuck in the declining business.
The New Performance Assessment system is one of the major reasons why employees are leaving. What is the corp doing to address this issue?
Why do I feel like employees are so important in these meetings but every other day of the year I feel like employees are an after thought?

I bet my next paycheck this forum includes no information that impacts your everyday work. It'll be the basic "keep up the hard work", "thank you", "the pip is good for you", and "we've had extraordinary times"
