Yawn. Never going to happen. There is a reason only 6% of the private sector belongs to a union. A lot of slow State Farm employees, but not even that slow….
Imagine how fast SF would crumble if employees went on strike.
SF employees were paid a little more and treated well to avoid unionization. Since none of that applies now, it's time to unionize.
