I’ll start, I’m working on applications for USAA, Farmers and Progressive. Are there any companies you have heard good things about ?

The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the pasture. It's just fertilized with a different kind of bull sh!t.
Honestly youll be trading a pool of SF issues for whatever issues that other insurance company has because rest assured, all auto insurance company are about the same.
Like the poster below, the only escape from a toxic work environment is to have a skill that doesnt require you to interact with a customer. Youll probably be treated like a machine still but wont have the additional layer of BS to deal with.
Get out of the insurance industry. Find a non customer facing job. Trust me, it will feel like a weight off your shoulders.
Anyone who thinks going to another large automotive insurer will be better off doesnt know they are all the same. You MIGHT get lucky and get with a good team/manager if you leave, but also, you might get the same staying, either way it will be temporary.
All you are doing is trading what issue is bothering you most when switching companies.
None of these companies care because they see the writing on the wall with self driving vehicles, environmental regulations that will likely make it much more expensive to own your own car in the future, the reality that the next generation probably wont be able to afford personal transportation ect ect ect....its an industry that knows its on its last hoorah and the top is going to take every last cent it can while its still a mandatory service people need to use.
As a former Farmers employee you would be wise to remove Farmers from your list. ( You’ve been warned )
They all have implemented and replicated same processes and systems and industry has gone way way bad. HR too
Go independent and don’t handle SF claims.
It’s all the same and SF is one of the last time card companies. Be careful going into a salary position.
Look at cities, universities, counties and municipalities...they all need claim reps.
Yeah Amica and Chubbs are head and shoulder above the rest.
With a potential recession coming next year, I think I'll stay so I've got some seniority.
USAA hired one of our old consultants that was in charge of reorganizations. USAA doing same as SF.
If I had to do it again. AMICA.
