I would be very interested to know, if you were in an accident and I was handling your claim, how many other claims would you be comfortable with me juggling at the same time? 100? 200? 300?

Times are tough out there, we might need CS to manage up to 400 claims moving forward lest an executive take less pay and bonus, and we cant have that can we now? Theyll put a nice video out explaining how we need you to do more with less to make it all better. Followed up with a phoned in email thanking everyone. Its the SF way.
Mike has his own personal administration team that will put in his claim and handle it and pay on any damages in 5 minutes. No investigation needed. You little people are unimportant so get back to your 300+ claims or else you can kiss your measly little paychecks goodbye!

Corporate America --- promise the best ---- give the least ---- and it's all about me not the customer so I can show on paper how I took care of myself while shafting everyone around me. The old school catches onto that real quick.
Econ 101. Quantity of work and quality of work are an inverse relationship. You can not have high volume and high quality at same time...unless the laws of Economics cease to exist at SF.
