Let them sink. Maybe that's what they deserve for not speaking up or taking action at proper time. If somebody have any skills then they will find job. Management people may be in trouble (who in the right mind would employ them). Unethical and discriminative practices (including reverse discrimination) will end with Collins. So let them sink. World will be the better place.

The PTO/Vacation thing depends strictly on what business your hired into. If I’m not mistaken only the IMS/CAS and BE Businesses still operate on PTO only. If your hired into A Rockwell collins or UTC, RTN, or RMD cost center you will have a vacation bucket with 3 weeks vacation plus a sick time bucket and a dependent care bucket to use from. It’s definitely an important distinction to make when being hired as to which policies your being hired into or transferred to. Otherwise if you think your going to a vacation policy instead of PTO policy you lose a significant amount of time being on the PTO policy versus the separate buckets. As they work to harmonize benefits I’m interested to see which approach is taken for harmonization as the businesses that currently operate using the buckets would be at a serious disadvantage to switch to one of the PTO policies which offers 3 weeks as a whole whereas the bucket policies give you 3 weeks or more of vacation based on tenure then another 3 weeks or more for sick leave based on tenure and another 120 hours for personal leave based on tenure

Toxic, greed, stupidity, abuse, trickery and deception is the game for Collins
Even their vacation policy recruiting new hires is deceptive, they say three weeks vacation, then they bamboozle you with PTO. Benefits take a hit every year with employees paying more. They layoff by the masses and give big bonuses to the Executives.
Someone should go to jail over this behavior!
