The Auto Care DMs are becoming the leads. With the DMs and Service Managers both making $18+ per hour the ACC Manager will be eliminated. The lead and service manager will report to GM Coach.

None of this is true. Nothing is happening to TLE right now. Walmart is not shutting down TLE or not putting TLE in for any nefarious reason. Some new stores won’t have TLE just like some don’t now. Not every store has one. But specifically to your question, there won’t be much change to that position. It depends on the traffic you get at your store and the amount of work orders
The new build Walmarts don’t even have TLE. They have shutdown TLE depts across the nation over the last several weeks to utilize the techs to stock shelves……shows how important and profitable that part of the business is to WM….
They are going to be the new People Operations Managers.
