Is never a good sign when you get the emails to your team asking you all to list out what you do daily... always having to justify our roles. Must be some layoffs coming.

Most of what home office was will be run from India now. Might as well just incorporate over there.
Leadership has directed most openings be filled by outside candidates and any internal promotions or moves must get SVP approval.
Start replying back to these HR/Middle Management dipsplits. “What do YOU do all day? Better yet. If you have to ASK what I do all day, then perhaps YOU shouldn’t be in your role.”
awesome... another mismanaged company. all they care about is profits and don't give a sh-t about employees.
Micromanagement.
I really only work 2 or 3 hours a day. Most of the day I sit in the bathroom or my car crying over my life choices.
