And yes, that happened too. With the best of intentions, I tried to draw the attention of my manager to some issues that are bothering me and most of my colleagues here.
And you know what the answer was? The answer is that I need to think about whether I really want to continue working for this company. In other words, I should look for another job.
Now I regret saying anything, I should've just kept my mouth shut like everyone else. It's a mistake that I said anything at all. Now I have to bite my tongue until I find another job.
