Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Is there a solution to the scheduling issues?

They changed my schedule again. This time I am determined to leave and I will immediately start looking for a new job. It seems that scheduling issues will always be present here.

Policy states that they can not change your schedule 10 days in advance without asking permission face to face. Not over text. Not over email. Not on phone call. FACE to FACE 10 days in advance. And you can say no. Print schedule once it is posted.

Take a picture or make a copy of your schedule. We shouldn't be required to check it every day. Once I print my schedule out. I make plans for my days off . If they change it I'm not changing my plans on the days I'm off.

Once they post your schedule work that schedule. They have to inform you of changes. It's not your responsibility to check every day.
