At the beginning of the new year, I will prioritize looking for a new job. This doesn't make sense anymore. I get paid the same while actually doing work for 3 or even four people. They just don't stop adding more work to my plate and can't feel when enough is enough. It's enough only when the employee quits.

Do it while the market is hot for new hires! PepsiCo is a solid name out there so sell yourself to them and make sure to shake out a few more greens for COLA (inflation). 100k today is 80k in 2010!
The work is cr-p. Unnecessary bureaucracy that is a clusterfart. I spend all day picking up the pieces from miscommunication and systems that don’t work.
and most the “work” doesn’t even need to be done, just ignore it, that is what I do
