We literally got zero.

I also am paid more than I was at Allstate.

The “employee welfare” budget is slashed every year. At this point it is not much more than covering of anniversary gifts.
Our group received a dollar store item (literally) it cost more in shipping then the item was worth.
I’d be happy with a jam of the month subscription at this point.
So cheap they will continue to expand their exploitation of a cheap Pune India labor force. No benefits & no unemployment in India.
We used to have a team budget and events.
Food was brought in once a week. I know that can’t be done with work from home, but damn this company is cheap!!
Ask any contractor or vendor and they say the same about Allstate!!
