Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Karma

I’m just going to to say I hope the one employee wins her lawsuit. I also hope that after she does they clean house and all the top heads of the company are fired. Yes the eeoc didn’t take her case but that was because she could afford her own attorney. They also recommended that State Farm settle and I believe they are still reviewing and possibly considering criminal charges. I hope it shines a spotlight on all the shady sh-t tippy and the other executives have been doing and I hope they loose their money and serve jail time.

@1lys….exactly, SF had to issue a response when she went public. Most employees aren’t affected, but in agency we get all the customer questions. We can truly say we don’t know anything, but it’s helpful to have an official response we can pass along.

Once she called a televised news conference and proactively contacted multiple media outlets SF had little recourse but to respond publicly. SF offered to settle this she refused and is holding out for a lottery type win. SF will fight this for years perhaps decades and money will be no object. She will never see a cent……

"It was shady of them to send out a video and message points to all employees that shared her name and details on why she was fired. I think that was the final straw that made me lose all respect for State Farm. They cared so much about protecting Aaron Rogers’ privacy over the vaccination thing, then throw this former employee under the bus. I’ve heard of some racist sh-t experienced by coworkers over the years and the farm has repeatedly done nothing about it. It’s about time someone is held accountable. "

Rogers didn't sue State Farm.

Rogers didn't leak protected information.

Big difference between the two situations for those thinking.

When you're going up against judges that are bought and sold by bureaucrats and the insurance industry, what do you expect? Anyone who thinks the game isn't rigged is naive.

"Wow the level of ignorance by the average employee is staggering."
The level of ignorance of upper management and executives is also staggering. Or is it they don't give a schitt? Definitely they don't give a schitt.

She is toxic and nothing but trouble. Look at her own social media pages and it is clear. She used the card at SF many times and was a section manager.

They're just going to pass their losses to their customers. Their premiums are ridiculously high.

Ok, there is nothing criminal alleged in the lawsuit. Wow the level of ignorance by the average employee is staggering.
