Quit caring, do the bare minimum, take these suckers' money, and laugh about it. You will feel so much better and less stressed. These vile beings don't care one bit about us so why care about them? They claim to have a "culture" but they do nothing themselves to live into it. Sc--w them.

Sadly I agree. I cared and all it got me was more work and relentless anxiety. I am in claims and can say at this point I feel so much shame working here. How can 98% of the callers already be pi---d off when their claim is only a few weeks old. How..pi-s pore processes that make no sense, cr-p systems that don't work together and unrealistic production goals that make people do as little as possible to even get close to meeting the goals. Why care when the people at the top don't care about us or the customer.
It’s crazy here in claims. Even if I catch up on my pending claims I’m given more so I stopped working 12-13 hours a day plus weekends ! They keep promising that we’re going to get more staffing but none so far .
