First Quarter Claims

What should we expect for claims in the first quarter. We’ve gotten hints and vague answers for the last 5 months. Only told about consolidation. That tells us nothing.

AT&T farmed its customer service with its Directv product to India a few years ago and customers left in the millions. If the general public become aware of Allstate's plan and if enough customers get lousy service with their homes and cars, when they file a claim, Allstate will be done for. They will cease to be a major player in the insurance business.

That’s why they are letting claims explode. They did this by design. and it was their plan all along it’s called transformative growth . The secrets of India taking over all of claims will soon be revealed. We can’t survive like this much longer. Some real sweet Indian executive will break the news. With sympathetic puppy dog eyes and caring. Bye bye Allstate claims on shore. it’s not been fun.

I predict more and more positions not getting backfilled and more and more being handled by India.
