Are we serious? Can’t people use deductive reasoning to see that the current voluntary mass exodus of people, going to other companies, will probably not lead to layoffs? Come on, people.
The people we are losing are real good, so the loss seems rather large.
No. There are not enough employees to have layoffs plus all the people leaving with the early retirement program.
