This place is imploding from within. There are hardly any Allstate adjusters left, only independent contractors. Offshore first notice of loss takers and a merry go round of total loss processes. What is going on ? It’s complete chaos all due to greed. The lack of truth telling by management is disgusting. Maybe the executives are setting us up for a collapse. Or is it part of the plan to get things so bad we have to offshore it all ?

98% of the insureds that call are already pi---d and their claims are only weeks old. When they say I am not in good hands I honestly want to agree with them.
So what? Find a new job, move on.
The adjusters left are zombies waiting for their 2% raises for working 6 day weeks with no overtime since the layoffs last November 2020. Low morale , tons of claim volume and no desire to keep working here .
A company is only as good as it leader…. Allstate is lead by CEO Tom Wilson,,,, do we need to get into any details…..
Complaints of all sorts are exploding in numbers as well! Not good!
