Time to redesign all of the processes to make it look like you are doing something when you do nothing more than confuse your employees and anger your customers….
Time to raise the bar on all of the already impossible to reach goals to make it easier to implement those layoffs that are already planned.
Time to consider waste more money and buy another company to hide the customers that are flying from Allstate branded policies…
Time to increase the bonuses to the already highest paid senior leadership in the industry…..

I am willing to bet that you are either in HR or a high level member of Allstate leadership (director or above)…
That quote says all you need to know about how this leadership team views its American based workforce…
American based employees are going to be terminated anyway. This leadership team has no desire to protect American based jobs. The infrastructure based in India is well
on its way to being built including licensing.
A buy out at least raises the possibility of a leadership that will see the value in protecting American jobs.
Not all companies have leadership that is focused solely on eliminating operating expense while destroying not only employee morale but the customer experience.
Speak to a current Allstate customer that is constantly on hold or waiting for their damage to be adjusted and try to tell me that this leadership team cares about their customer..
The customer experience is only important as a possible way to inflate the goals with layoffs in mind…
This company will be an india based shell after Wilson is enjoying retirement in his mansion and Shapiro has moved on to his next company to destroy…New leadership and a fresh start is the only possibility for those American workers that you care about.
I believe this ship will be sold soon…
Allstate being sold is not a solution... That will ensure a majority of it's employees, especially at the front line, will be terminated.
Any potential buyer will be simply looking to acquire market share, and won't be interested in retaining much of the staff, especially Allstate lifers that haven't done much in the way of work in decades.
