Regardless - how does it work? What are the categories, what do they actually mean/benefit and is there a quota system?

I doubt anyone will get exemplary. Store manager sits at a desk all day and has no idea who actually does all the work in their store. Lazier you are, the more you'll make for this company
is it opportunity, success, exemplary? Did they reduce the amount of top tier from 25% to 10? I'm reading stuff on the wire, but not entirely clear who/what group it's for.. I read something that says depending on rank you can have your yearly bonus increased or decreased plus yearly % raise from 1-5% depending on category.
