I knew this was coming but god damn, State Farm can’t even give its employees the full holidays without going back to mandatory overtime. Nope it starts back up on fu----g New Year’s Day. I don’t think the executives of this company care about their employees. I also think it’s interesting that they stopped doing those company wide surveys asking for employee feed back

You know if people spent as much time figuring out how to manipulate the metrics as they did complaining on here they would be much happier.
You’re just starting? Many segments have been on mandatory OT since October.
It’s truly spineless and immoral of tip and execs. They need to step up and take a clue from the CEO of Raising Canes.
The sooner you realize they don't care about you and "get off" by marginalizing their internal and external customers, the healthier you will be. DON'T FEED THE MONSTER.
