Think about it, XOM leadership is so desperate to increase profits that it doesn't care what corners they cut or what jobs they decide to eliminate - and how. The company has been getting worse every year, and that will not change any time soon. Buckle up, folks, because we're in for a wild ride.

The funniest thing is the leadership is now trying to sell technical career in order to keep the site engineers from leaving. But we all know the endgame is BTC/KLTC. Are they testing our intelligence, or theirs?
